    Infringes any intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
    Contains harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
    Contains any nsfw content.
    Contains viruses or other harmful computer code.
5. Community Guidelines

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Polish Arbitration Association (PAA). You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

11. If you lose the removal key associated with your video, YouVideo will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to legal issues or financial losses, that may arise from the video remaining publicly accessible. It is your responsibility to keep the removal key secure.

13. Data Copying and Replication
